МИХЕЕВ Д.Ф.

DMITRY F. MIKHEYEV

   Born in Russia, Dr. Mikheyev was educated at Moscow State University as a theoretical physicist. In 1979 he was forced to emigrate, and in 1985 became a U.S. citizen. He worked for the U. S. government in various think-tanks and taught in American universities and colleges. From 1988 until 1998 he was a Senior Research Fellow of the Hudson Institute, Indianapolis, and conlsultant to American companies doing business in Russia. He is the author of numerous articles and four books about Russian mentality, economy, culture, elites, Gorbachev and Yeltsin. In 1998 Dr. Mikheyev returned to Russia to teach macroeconomics and Cross-Cultural Studies at the Classical Business-school. He became Dean of the School in March 1999.

Дмитрий Федорович МИХЕЕВ

   Родился в России и получил образование на кафедре теоретической физики физического факультета Московского Государственного Университета. Его кандидатская диссертация была написана на кафедре Нелинейных Процессов МГУ. Вынужденный эмигрировать в 1979 году, он почти двадцать лет жил в Соединённых Штатах, работая вначале на Голосе Америки, а затем в Hudson Institute в Индианаполисе. Он также преподавал в нескольких американских университетах и колледжах и работал консультантом ряда корпораций. Он является автором нескольких десятков статей и четырёх книг, последняя из которых Russia Transformed была опубликована в 1996 году. С апреля 1998 года он преподаёт макроэкономику в Классической Бизнес-школе, а с марта 1999 является её ректором
